The design concept of the folly was based on reviving the different site characteristics where the present meets with the past just like the bus stop which is a contact point between the old city and the new culture complex town.

The folly, consisting of simple stairs can be freely transformed into a small theater like public space for the citizens, covered by transparent glass that allows people to see through the old city, the place can also feature various performances and cultural events.
