From 17th July to 28th August, every Wednesdays we have a classic jazz performance by touring 4 sites of Gwangju Folly Ⅰ.
We hope you to make delightful memories with music cooling down heats in the middle of summer night.
Derived from movie ‘Shall We Dance’, ‘Shall We Folly’ contains the meaning of taking good care of local culture as a culture community by enjoying Folly together.
Band ‘Loro Combo’, fusion classic• jazz band composed of eight young local musicians, has communicated with citizens by performing outdoors under poor conditions of local performance reality.
‘Shall We Folly’ takes place every Wednesday from 17th July to 28th August and it tours four sites of Gwangju Folly Ⅰ about an hour starting from 7 pm.
Starting from this, we desire Gwangju Folly to be a root stage embracing various music genres of fostering young artist groups.
*The performance is free and open to public.
Band ‘Loro Combo’ | Fusion jazz band ‘Ro-Ro combo’, composed of young musicians of 20s, playing not only pop instruments such as guitar, base and drum but also saxophone, trumpet and trombone, express uniquely as their own style by mixing diverse pops and classics.
