A guide to the work experiences.

In the first half of 2019, the experiencing (the lodging) of the work of the Gwangju Poly II ‘Niche Hotel’ is operated.  The Gwangju Poly II ‘Niche Hotel’ is a work of art by the artist Seo, Do-ho, who makes the concept of the movement and the transposition of space into a work of art.  It is the only one hotel, to which the broadcasts, including ‘VJ Special Force’, ‘Channel A Shindaedongyeojido’, ‘Lonely Planet Korea’, etc., the travel magazines, etc., had paid the attention.  Please try having the experience of a special one night in Gwangju together with this special hotel.  

The contents and the method of the operation.

• The subjects : The adults who are 20 years old or older.
• The method of the reservation : The submission of the online form for requesting the lodging experience within the Gwangju Poly website.
• The time period of the operation : 2019. 5. 6. ~ 7 . 26. 
• The place of the operation : Select 1 place of hope among the GwangjuBiennale (Yongbong-dong), Dongmyeong-dong, and Yangrim-dong. 
• The method of the selection : The residents of the other regions first, the motivation behind the application, and the contents (The story or the accurate contents).

※ Limited to the people who were selected for the lodging experience, the staff member in charge individually contacts 10 days before the date of the request for the lodging experience. 

The matters to be attended to.

• Regarding the Niche Hotel, it is based on the 1-person room, 1 person, 1 time, and 1 night, and the re-lodging is not possible.
• Please comply with the check-in time of the Niche Hotel, without fail.
• The charge for using the room of the Niche Hotel is free-of-charge.  The convenience goods are provided free-of-charge by being limited to the 1-time provision amount. 
• As a work of art by an artist, the Niche Hotel must not be damaged when using.  And, according to the use of the hotel by a user (Damaging an object of the hotel and the others of the like.  The confirmation when checking out.), a damage compensation can be claimed.
